Residential Remodel

Our main task was to open up this home’s kitchen for a better view of the lake and  backyard, however we enjoyed updating out-of-style features to make the space more  liveable and workable. We fully remodeled the kitchen and sunroom with new custom  cabinetry, a 10 foot island, granite countertops and all new chef grade appliances. 

For the sunroom, we installed new ceramic floor tiles, a custom designed hutch and  enclosed the skylight to allow for a new custom beam and beautiful new light fixture. A new 14-foot LaCantina sliding door system accessed the newly remodeled outdoor living space which featured cedar soffits,  outdoor ceiling mounted heaters, tile patio and a half wall. 

And most importantly, we also replaced all the lakeside windows to allow for a full, non obstructed view, bringing plenty of light in and making the home come alive.
